This international standard ensures that the product sold as Global, comes from Global G.A.P-certified producers and farms, thus certifying the integrity of the system based on good agricultural practices and the identity of the product throughout the supply chain (from producer to final retailer).
The International Food Standard ( IFS ) aims to facilitate the effective selection of branded food suppliers in the large-scale retail trade, based on their ability to provide safe products that meet contractual specifications and legal requirements.
It constitutes a model recognized both in Europe and the rest of the World.
This certificate certifies that the product and all stages of the production process are carried out in accordance with the legal requirements according to which, in order to market a product, one must ensure its safety, quality and traceability.
Thanks to the certification ICEA obtained in 2013, All Citrus offers several types of organic products.

The packaging of the product is certified according to the specifications issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry.
This PGI is reserved for lemon groves belonging to the “femminello” cultivar grown exclusively in the Syracuse area.
